Welcome to Our New Webpage!

Hello World! My name is Robert R. Faulk and I am a lawyer in Enid, Oklahoma. I grew up all over the place, but originally called Oklahoma City my home and graduated from Northwest Classen High School in 1996. I attended Oklahoma State University, where I was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha and graduated in 2001 with a B.A. in Political Science. From there I attended Oklahoma City University School of Law where I had many great professors that instilled in me a sense of fairness and justice. I moved to Enid after graduation in 2004 to work for a local firm, and then went out on my own in 2005. I recently purchased the Bell Jewelers building and remodeled the East portion for my new offices. I have a great staff: Legal Assistant Maria and Receptionist Samana and truly love the new office.

I practice mostly in criminal defense and family law, so most of my blog posts will be about that. I will sprinkle in some political issues as they arise as well. I care deeply about people and our communities in Oklahoma. I became a lawyer to help people. I have focused on criminal law because of my sense of what is fair and just, and my belief that criminal defense lawyers are the protectors of EVERYONE’S constitutional rights (which have been constantly eroding over the last few decades).
